Cancellations and complaints
In accordance with UK distance selling regulations the consumer has a right by law to change their mind and return within seven days of receiving the goods. In this instance the goods will have to be returned at your expense. You must also notify us in writing or by email that you are returning goods. They must be returned and received undamaged and unused in their original packaging and in a condition in which it can be resold. The cost of goods only will be refunded provided goods are in a satisfactory condition. A refund will be made within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Faulty and damaged goods
If goods supplied prove to be faulty or are damaged please notify us as soon as possible via email. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or a refund made. Postage will be refunded once we have received the goods back. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered mail; therefore it is important that you acquire proof of postage when returning goods.

Delivery terms and conditions
Subject to availability we aim to dispatch goods within 48hrs of you confirming/agreeing delivery costs. Despatch may take slight longer during busy periods such as Chritsmas and Bank Holidays. Delivery can be expected to take 3-5 days following dispatch. Depending on the size and weight of your order delivery will be through Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

When you finalise and pay for your order you will receive a confirmation email to say that your order has been recognised. We will then check stock availability and inform you if there is any problem fulfilling your order. If we are unable to supply any item we will contact you via telephone or email and offer a substitute if available or you can choose to wait for the item and order it in or to receive a full refund on your purchase. Items out of stock can be ordered within 5 working days. In the event of non delivery please phone the store on 01843 292757.

Payment Process through Paypal’s Secure Site
1. Adding products to your basket
When you find items you would like to purchase simply add them to your basket using the “add to Basket” button and they will placed into your basket, using Paypals secure site, ready for when you have finished shopping.
2. View your cart and advance to checkout
When you’re happy with the selections in your cart, simply proceed to checkout.
3. Review your details
You are taken to payment pages on the secure PayPal site. To pay by credit or debit card fill out the easy payment form. If you prefer to pay using PayPal you can log in to your PayPal account and pay in as few as three clicks. Here you will see a summary of your order to review key information, such as the total amount and shipping address.
4. Payment confirmation
After buying your goods you will see a payment confirmation page and receive an email confirmation detailing your order.

Colours represented on screen may not be true to life. Variance in software colour rendering and screen display settings may cause discrepancies in displayed colours, therefore pleased be aware that colours may differ slightly to what is seen on screen.
Compensation on goods returned, faulty or otherwise, only extends to the original value of the goods supplied.
We are not liable for any losses should the item not arrive on time.
